Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account data — your name, email address, phone number, and password (stored hashed, never in plain text).
• Profile and resume data — the resume you upload and the information extracted from it: work history, education, skills, and the answers you provide for job applications. This is the core of the service; without it we cannot apply on your behalf.
• Application data — the jobs you ask us to apply to, the answers submitted, and the status of each application.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, and logs of how the service is used, collected automatically to keep the service running and secure.
• Billing data — if you pay for the service, payment is handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

• To apply on your behalf. When you ask us to apply to a job, we fill out and submit the application using your profile and resume. This means your resume and answers are shared with the employer and the application system they use — that is the point of Suited, and it only happens for jobs you choose.
• AI processing. We use third-party AI service providers to read your resume and draft application answers. These providers process your data on our behalf under contract and may not use it for their own purposes.
• To run and improve the service — keeping you signed in, tracking your applications, fixing bugs, and preventing abuse.
• To communicate with you — service emails about your account and applications. We do not send marketing without your consent.

Our legal bases under the GDPR are performance of our contract with you (running the service), our legitimate interest (security, improvement), and your consent where required.

Who we share it with

We never sell your data. We share it only with:

• Employers and their application systems — only for jobs you explicitly ask us to apply to.
• Service providers — companies that host our infrastructure, deliver our emails, process payments, and provide AI processing. Each acts under a contract that limits what they can do with your data.
• Authorities — if the law genuinely requires it.

Where your data is stored

Suited's servers and data storage are located in the United States. Your data is stored and processed there, and by using the service you consent to this transfer. Because Bulrosa OÜ is established in Estonia, we remain subject to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) regardless of where our servers sit. For transfers of personal data out of the European Economic Area, we rely on safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

Cookies

We use essential cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in and make the service work. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your profile, resume, and application data within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep records longer (for example, invoicing). Note that applications already submitted to employers are in the employer's hands and governed by their privacy policies.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us to:

• show you the data we hold about you (access);
• correct it (rectification);
• delete it (erasure);
• hand it over in a portable format (portability);
• limit or object to how we process it (restriction and objection).

Email hello@suited.jobs and we will respond within 30 days. You can also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon) or your local supervisory authority.

US state privacy rights

If you live in California or another US state with a privacy law (such as Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, or Texas), you have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request its deletion or correction, and to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of it. We do not sell or share your personal information, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise these rights, email hello@suited.jobs. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.

Changes

If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we will update the date above and notify you by email or in the app before the change takes effect.
